1- Instale the Internet Information Services (IIS).

2- After finish installing put the file 'project400' in file 'wwwroot'. You will find this
file in the C drive inside 'Inetpub' file.

3- After open the internetexplorer nd write : http://127.0.0.1/project400/index.htm

4- For admin Page you should write : http://127.0.0.1/project400/admin.asp
